I really believe that the initial group of locations and who you're supporting are paramount to the future success.
So I know it's hard for a lot of people to be able to say, well, I'm running this business and this business.
I believe that you've got to focus on one of the two.
If you want to grow your company-owned unit.
To a certain level, great.
If you want to pursue franchising, it's great.
But most people don't have the capital or infrastructure to run two simultaneous companies.
So it is about focus and clarity.
And those are two words that I use all the time: focus and clarity.
And whatever that path may be, make sure that you and your team clearly know the path that you're going.
