And then, of course, just from my perspective, coaching A.J.
Sharma, he put together a phenomenal meet.
We are a little bit disappointed with this final deadlift.
He pulled more in training.
I think this is a this is a technical thing for him that he knows.
And we've talked about that.
I think that he has to get.
Sorted is a situation where at his lockout, that's where the bar really slows down.
And he gets to what I like to refer to as the, oh crap point.
Like, oh crap, this is really heavy.
And he panics a little bit and he tries to, you know, put himself in the right position and his body shakes.
And anytime your body shakes, what happens oftentimes is your knees go forward in your attempt to pull your shoulders back.
The bar starts doing weird things.
The deadlift looks untidy.
And even if you do lock it out,
The referees look at it and they're like, ah, that didn't meet the standard.
And so I think that's what is happening.
So he's just got to...
recalibrate those third bulls and just be a little bit more patient at the top.
But look, he had a fantastic meet, hit a squat PB, which was also a British squat record, hit a bench PB.
