What about Ty Simpson?

We've had a long discussion here, like every day.

When we talk about quarterbacks, it's always, can Will Howard evolve into one of these guys from a sixth-round status?

Do you think the Steelers, if he's available at 21, and some say he may not be, others say he will be,

Would you be surprised if they took him, knowing they need, obviously, a longer-term answer here?

Is he that guy to do it?

I'd be very surprised if they took him.

I'm going to say they stay in this even without Sid.

I agree with that because of the system they play, the structure they've used, the people who've contributed to it, and I was showing Joe even, Jeff, I went back to look at their eight-game losing skid when they still got some points, but they lost a lot of loser points.

But in every one of those games,

Out of the eight, I think they outshot the team by six different times.

They were involved in every single game.

They're all one-goal games.

So even when they were going through a little bit of a tailspin, it wasn't like they were being bombarded.

The only blowout I remember this year from them is when they went to Toronto, and even that game was close through too.

It was the third period implosion that killed them.

So I do think they have staying power.

Is it enough to win a division?

Probably not.

Is it enough to get in?
