They see the guys run out.
They see them taking warm-up layups, and then they see them play in the game.
So a player's day is you get up, you go to the arena, you have shoot around, which is a walkthrough for the Nuggets.
They go through and they walk through concepts and what the other team's plays are, what their plays are going to be, how they want to adjust the game plan.
They want to go through their principles.
They shoot around for a little bit.
They go home, they take a nap, they eat, take a nap, they get up, they come back.
It's...
pregame conditioning and treatment for injuries, pregame, warmup, shoot around working on different elements.
Usually a pregame workout for the nuggets upstairs, lifting or getting whatever into in order to, to get in maximum position to use your muscles safely back out or back into the locker room for pregame film.
And, uh, again, going over principles, uh,
Then coming out for shoot around, then playing in the game, then doing media.
And then you get to go home or you get on a plane immediately and you go somewhere else.
Like it's not, it is so much of a longer process.
I've said this consistently that the most valuable asset to NBA players is time.
Like they have the money, it's time.
They don't have much time because of everything that goes into playing in the toughest league in the world.
Well, and it's also like the difference is like it's not one team that has to do this.
Everyone has to do it.
It's for everyone.
