It wasn't theoretical anymore, right?

It was practical.

And like it really blasted out onto the main stage.

They went from I I couldn't have told you what solar winds was before this.

You know, the number of people who know the term solar winds now.

Versus before is astronomical.

And it is almost entirely because of this breach.

So prior to solar winds, it took companies that recognize this vulnerability, being proactive to address it before falling victim to attack, to study and address parts of it.

And so Google was among the companies that cared about this problem.

And I have a ton of respect for the proactive role Google has played in the security space over the years, both as a

pertains to this, but like the number of things that they have done to increase security practices across browsers and like MFA, all these different things is very significant.

And I don't think a lot of folks realize how much of a role Google plays in advancing the state of industry security.

And so a ton of respect for that.

And they were definitely doing it before it was cool.

matters a lot, yeah.

There are endless hard technical problems and engineers love to solve them.

I I know I love solving hard technical problems, brain teasers, right?

But it's sort of a trap.

Just because you found a hard technical problem doesn't mean that it is something that should be a product.

I I love the saying, a solution in search of a problem.
