Um, when you're on a hamstring injury, you have to stay off of it.
You can't run.
You can't get on the treadmill.
You can't even the bike is a problem.
You have to just stay off of it for a long time.
And then you slowly work your way up to these conditioning tests.
Okay.
You're approved to do this.

And none of those are really compensate for the way that like getting on the treadmill is not the same as playing in a game because it's burst.

Like there's so it's so different in the dynamics of, of the physiological elements of basketball.
And so while I think the injury is โ the rest I think is really good for the mental side.
That I do think is helpful.
It's like it gives you a little bit of a break.
But I think Nicole is actually a really good indication of not always because I think his mentality and mindset was amazing the first three months of the year.
And since he came back from injury, I think he's been in a really bad place mentally and with how he's approached the game.
I just think that he's โ
cranky and annoyed and hurt and tired and sick of the season and wants to be in the playoffs and doesn't want to do this anymore and sick of america and wants to get out and wants to go home and that to me is just like very evident from watching it like i don't know like it's not like nicole is going to tell me that um but that's how my read on like how he feels right now so you know the mental side should be where you get the best
