and trade down and they get, say, the fourth guy overall instead in that list.

And they just don't think the margins are that big.

You can make the case for it.

I just don't think that's going to happen.

There's also curiosity out there if the Clippers are ultimately going to wind up losing draft picks because of the aspiration scandal.

And that whole story that emerged courtesy of my buddy Pablo Torre in 2025.

And is that something that's looming?

It's expected that in the offseason there's going to be a judgment rendered on that.

And how do the Clippers approach this draft here not knowing what punishments, if any, or what punishments and how severe when it comes to draft picks in 27 or beyond will that be?

So do you want to not trade down and make sure you get the best possible prospect at five?

It's something to keep an eye on.

I will say this.

No one knows who's going at five.

You know, the Wagler is the most commonly mocked out of Illinois.

Of course, pick to five.

I can very much see that.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's Michael Brown Jr.

at all.

Can't see a cuff going there because pairing up with Garland doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.

But some wonder if they actually try and trade down and say, we've got a backcourt figured out.
