We're seeing it a lot with, because what's like the common narrative right now is a lot of people refied during the pandemic to 3% rates, right?
And they're like, they don't want to get out of their 3% mortgage.
But here we are six years out.

And people feel like it's like almost became a prison sentence.

We talk to a lot of buyers all the time where they don't want to give it up.
but they have three kids and they bought a starter home.
And I'm like, what's your alternative?
And then also, like you said, now you got to sell that and go find something else.
The market's all over the place in the country, but in most main areas in the United States right now, real estate's still competitive.
