Like that's how they look at what your monthly nut is and your gross income needs to be, you know, under half of your mortgage payment or whatever.
50%, your mortgage payment has to be 50% of your gross.
This used to legitimately, it sounds like it sounds funny, but it literally would keep me up at night.
