So we provide all of those aspects, but uniquely, we can also forward deploy expertise to work alongside the AI, whether it's anything from a knowledge manager, a QA manager, all the things that companies might not necessarily be set up to do.
And also humans who can take escalation calls.
So when the AI runs out of gas, they can provide it.
And this can be anything from somebody who can help refund an order all the way through to somebody who is medically trained, HIPAA certified in the US.
So actually anything that the company needs in order to activate AI.
And because we've done it now, we now have 500 deployments or more.
I guess that was a couple of weeks ago.
So for more than 500 deployments, we have a lot of understanding as to what needs to happen in order to make this work.
And that's how we're approaching it.
So AI moving very fast.
I'd say the big change, models are pretty good.
As soon as we, amongst other people, have figured out how to not make them hallucinate,
The big rush then is to actually how much of the volume can you move towards AI?
You start with chat, now email, now voice.
And that's a lot of the focus now is how quickly can you introduce AI across these multiple channels?
I think we came from backgrounds when my co-founders was in the BPO industry.
I was in the technology industry.
And you can only do so much when you work within a silo.
And when you're incentivized, so BPO people, all they want to do is provide more people.
