So this whole thing about dropping the levels of the SPR to a point where it quits working is entirely theoretical. voice-verified

And the reason it stops working is because you've we fill up these salt caverns with water to bring the oil levels up, and then we can extract the oil out of it. voice-verified

But at some point, your water oil contact line within that cavern, when you start pulling that oil out, you're getting as much water as oil. voice-verified

And once you get to that point, it's basically stopped working because we don't have the capacity to separate that water and oil on those sites. voice-verified

So you could still get some oil out of it, but it would be reduced by probably 90% once that begins. voice-verified
