What that meant was, okay, how do we turn a vending machine into a giant touchscreen with facial recognition or the ability to play a video game or obviously pay with your smartphone?
But at the same time, having all of this equipment connected digitally so we can collect data for manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance.
You know, this is, again, something that never existed before.
Where do you find these skill sets?
So we went out to products that companies that had built products that were very new and game changers out there in the marketplace.
So the Apples, the Googles, the Microsofts of the world.
And we actually our first placement in that division was one of the creators of Xbox Kinect.
at Microsoft to lead vending machines at PepsiCo.
So we are there to tell the story.
That person was not actively looking.

We have been retained by PepsiCo.
They are looking for a transformational executive who is an engineer with an MBA who could reinvent their vending fountain and cooler equipment.
And then we would paint them the picture that I just gave to you in terms of what that broad-based vision might look like.
And they say, wow, that sounds really interesting.
And then from there, we get them to engage in a broader conversation, obviously send their resume and allow us to conduct a full interview.
The person we placed was based in Redmond, but had roots back to Brooklyn where his family was.
And so it was a we caught him at the right time, right place in his career where it would be attractive for him to move back to New York.
