And to your to your point about Trump, you know, I do think one of the things I like about Trump after listening to him for a while this year is that he does kind of pivot and move based on the new evidence that you show him.

My assumption would be that if someone showed President Trump that they were hiring English teachers in North Carolina on H-1B visas, he'd probably say, we got to shut that down.

I don't think he would be for that.

I mean, you could start a family at 40, but it'd be a lot easier to start a family at 25.

If you're building a house in California, 30% to 40% of your entire cost of a build is permits alone.

So you could take a look at that.
