So there's whole infrastructure opportunities set behind it in terms of that.

But we'll focus on the private equity now because I think that's getting –

most of the attention.

But Catherine, from your standpoint, how should investors be thinking about returns and that value creation, right?

Because it's easy to say, I bought company A, we improved the margins, we improved the geographic footprint, X, Y, Z, right?

And there's a story there.

But within the professional sports world, what's that value creation?

What's the return profile?

What's the return profile, right?

It's easy to underwrite, you know, a software company to X multiple because you've seen a thousand deals go.

Right.

But when we're thinking about buying an NBA or buying a minority stake in the NBA franchise or an NFL or like that, that return profile looks differently.

So when we think about that patient capital aspect, private equity firms can be patient capital, but only to some extent, right?

Right.

So when we think about institutional investors or retail investors or high net worth investors moving in to this, I mean, without that education up front,

you might be thinking you're going to get a return in year one, two, or three.

But sometimes, depending on your investment, that could span a whole kind of – could be three, could be five, could be ten, could be longer, right, given the holding periods.

So it's similar to any illiquid investment in private equity or infrastructure.

That long term alignment still matters.

And in some cases, it matters almost more when you're looking at buying or buying into a private equity franchise.
