And then, yeah, so I feel like I'm, I do, I'm exactly what this,

You know, I feel like I'm missing a lot of things at the moment.
But maybe you've taken that from a kind of work perspective.
What about working hard on yourself, working hard on your mind, pushing yourself in the gym?
I think, you know, I've been very, very, very unhealthy and obviously I'm, you know, pretty healthy now.
And I think... I think it's where the element of high performance is to do the whole thing.
Yeah, but what's the difference in exercising a habit regularly and being addicted to something?
If you're exercising to remove demons or to give yourself calm... I don't think I ever say to myself, I'm going to go to the gym to get rid of the past.
I go to the gym because I like being well.
