I feel like this is a really understandable thing. I don't think that he's going to think you're some evil person and not be interested in a romantic relationship because of this. I guess this is a deal breaker for him. Like I think it's really easy to see like, yeah, this was a really hard thing for you. Like not feeling like you could make ends meet as a kid.
