The fact of the matter is, is that as brilliant as the Rams' uh defense will be in the NFL, fantasy-wise, defenses, you know, the the defenses that score a lot in fantasy are the ones that get turnovers and score touchdowns.
And touchdown.
Defensive touchdowns are fluky.

Do they d is it a pick six or do they just, you know, do they they make an interception, they run out of bounds, they take a knee, that kind of stuff.
Fumbles are fluky, right?
I think they will get a decent amount of sacks.
Um, I think they will hold teams to a uh a lower score, but you know, maybe you could, you know, reach a round.
Um uh or two, but like I'm not going uh yeah, you know, no, I don't actively target defenses because I think it's too easy to stream defenses for leagues that play it.
