I also very pleased to hear what you say about the opportunities for growth because I know when you look at surveys, I think particularly here in the US, your average employee is terrified, right?
And so hearing that this is not just about taking jobs and replacing people, it's creating new services, creating new opportunities, that's a really important message.
That's excellent.

Um, but let's dive in and just kind of get a a sense, particularly I'd love to hear more about this report because I think, you know, we want to focus on what this means about work, what this means about both how we pursue our careers, but also particularly how we think about managing the workforce, what it's going to mean for the people involved.

more what this means and how should employers be thinking about this?
So James, maybe you could tell me a little bit more about that.
If you're an employer, if you're looking at your organization, at the way you manage people particularly, what are some of the things you might be thinking about in practical terms to move more towards skill based management?
laser focus on the skills that people have and what we can do to make sure they have the right ones for what we need in the world we're seeing.
Yeah, it certainly is.
