And Owen was asking about why certain sports organisations are much better than other sports organisations at getting funding.
Owen made the point that the GAA gets 96 times the funding of boxing, for example.
And he asked McConnell if there's favouritism being shown.
So I was chatting with Conall last night in conversation with Owen and in fairness to him, he did acknowledge that there are difficulties within
the way that the application process works, where disadvantaged communities find it harder to find people who are going to be able to fill in the forms.
They find it harder to get long term leases and they find it nearly impossible to own their own properties.
