Yeah.
I think there's two things that I think about really, which is we were very deliberate around sort of doing step by step.
We weren't gonna try to do some big launch.
A platform or two kind of find out what you think you can invest in, leverage existing home kind of IP, who are we dealing with, what kind of people are existing in the market, like where does our where does our calling car potentially fit?
And that I think states from that fourteen fifteen, just one or two deals.
You then get the you know, do we put some infrastructure down?
Do we properly sort of start to ramp up, which is nineteen, eighteen, nineteen, we had COVID obviously come in the middle.
And it's probably a third phase of trying that and then saying, Okay, what's working, what's not working and how do we again take some active decisions to kinda back the stuff that's working and then kind of backfill or improve and so on.
So
From twenty one, twenty two again we did another, you know, pretty meaningful reset, rebuild of, you know, leadership, team.
uh some of the investment activity and so I feel like now in twenty five this thing's running well, like it's a meaningful part of our portfolio, the quality of the businesses we're backing, the quality of entrepreneurs we're talking to, the networks we have are very substantial.
Agree.
But that's ten years of work.
Yep.
So it's a bit like, you know, when somebody was into Wimbledon, they're like there's some young thing, like, where did this come from?
It's like it was the last ten years of work that got me here.
Um but also it's the you know, it's just I think reflection all the time.
Like, what could you improve on?
