Rather than bringing in someone who used to work here who knows everyone, I would prefer fresh eyes and they've moved out some people already.

Like how do you get from being a nine and eight team to being a Super Bowl contender when you don't know what's happening at quarterback and a lot of your talent is older.
So it is a it's a task for Nolan Teasley.

Yeah, I mean, that's something that is a major question because with Quesi da Filmensa and the coaching staff, it seemed like at times, when you talk about that process, at times one of the biggest and best things that a general manager can say is we're not doing that.
Uh we're going to have to coach up some areas of our roster.
We're not making the big bold play for a Jonathan Allen at $20 million a year.
Now, Jonathan.
Allen, if he was like seven million dollars a year, would have been a legitimately good signing.
But and they lucked out a little bit with the way his contract was structured that they got some of that cap space back this year.
