Wild cards about this team that I don't know if you want to do it at this point.

Like the way Harrison Smith ended last year was actually legitimately beautiful.

I mean, you're talking about one of the best players of all time in his position, playing at a super high level, winning games.

That the fan base is celebrating him at US Bank Stadium.

He's getting emotional after games because it means so much to him.

I know he didn't go out on top the way you want to go out on top, but he did.

In a lot of ways, like playing really good football at the end of your career at 37 is super hard to do.

There's not a lot of uh examples of that that you can find over NFL history.

So the fact that he was able to do that and express to the fan base just how much he's cared about this team for as long as he's been around, all of that to me, it was was awesome.

It was awesome to be close to it, to be in the locker room, to look

Listen to him, you know, get emotional and talk about this game and these fans and how much it's meant to him.

So, do you want to come back?

And then the team goes, I don't know, seven and ten, and it's just kind of miserable and it's kind of frustrating.

And there's a lot you put your body through in order to get to that point.

So if you're a contending team, then maybe, yeah.

But I don't know about doing it right now.

That said, it's Harrison Smith, he loves football.

football, he could decide tomorrow and then come back.

So I guess there's no outcome that would surprise me.

I just think that I would want to be sure that I'm really coming back to actually compete for something and not have it turn into just kind of a rebuilding year with a new general manager.
