Uh but uh no, I mean, my first impression of him uh was the thing that I like the most about Nolan Teasley's hire is that it's fresh eyes on the organization.
Now, I don't believe, like some people do, that they need to fire
Every single person inside the organization because they haven't won the Super Bowl and so forth.
This has been a very competitive franchise over the last 10 years that we've been talking about.
But there is one thing in particular that is super glaring.
And part of it is driven by the fact that Quaesi da Fomenza was trying to chase being successful all the time and uh gave away a lot of draft picks because they were in season.
Seasons where they were succeeding.
So, you know, what were you going to do at left tackle other than trade for Cam Robinson, right?
Like you kind of have to make moves like that when you're in a 13 or a 14-win season.
But they gave away a lot of draft capital, the move to get Dallas Turner, who I like a lot, but you know, that draft capital, you're giving away so much for just one player, and they spent so much money in free agency.
You need every single one of those free agents to hit if you're going to.
Miss on the draft as much as they did.
And really a big percentage of why they missed on draft picks was just that they didn't have draft picks.
I mean, they hit on Addison.
I like Donovan Jackson a lot.
Like that Dallas Turner was turning a corner last year.
It's not like he drafted just all terrible players, but they only had eight top 100 picks.
