No, this six foot guy was the one they were describing ultimately.
So the guy I was ultimately talking about was, hey, the guy who gave me the money was six foot tall, 200 pounds.
He goes by, I think it's A or Art.
And so they would all describe this individual named Art, which I thought, you know, that's interesting.
Art, and this is, you know, artwork, I guess, so to speak.
So it was one of those things where we were chasing a ghost.
The election of 2000 kind of kicked off, and it was one of these really, really close elections, and I was on the protective detail for George W. Bush when he was running as governor.
So I kind of put that case off to the side.
I didn't really get a lot of chance to work with it because we were obviously all hands on deck with the protection.
So it wasn't until 2001 when we really heated it up, and literally we had 11 different kind of avenues into this individual, but we couldn't find him.
Right.
But he had a very distinctive style.
So at that time, we were a little more decentralized than we are now, and he would play on that.
And he was smart because he wouldn't pass where he lived.
So we had an idea that he was in the Chicagoland area, but what he would do is he would go down each of the interstates, and he wouldn't pass on the way down.
He would start passing on the way back home.
And what he would do is he would get a bunch of items.
Let's say I'm going to buy that Starbucks or that Dunkin' Donuts right there.
I'm going to give you $100.
So he's going to pocket $96.
