believe myself and and I've looked around and if something was if it was a problem and those three of us who were saying we're up, same position, I would try and take initiative where I could, I would try and lead, I would try and set a good example even

if it if most people that age or that position thought it d didn't matter because you're not a boss.

For me, it was always.

Well, I want to be somewhere.

And work somewhere.

Don't work well.

So if I can be a part of that whether or not I'm an apprentice chef, a copy chef, a supervisor or a manager, I'm gonna do my part.

big or small to try and help that.

So that's always been m instilled with me.

I like to say I'm firm or fair as a leader.

Yeah, I can't afford it.

No, but I I I will always be fair when it ne when necessary.

We have bands that hold.

And the way we do that is by making sure we have firm boundaries and firm standards.

And I believe being a leader, I like to be what I would want or what I experience with Andrew.

I can't afford Andrew's uh leadership from what I've seen over the last nine and a half years from apprentice chef all the way up to his head chef now.

I want to take the best parts of that.

And if I can add anything, then that'll be an absolute bonus.

The stigma about hospitality and and it being your whole life and you being so engulfed that you don't have anything outside of work.
