We make it work and it uh is really successful.

So then that's the balance.

But the important thing is to take away from those days where you're learning to make sure you're not learning from your prior

Um I'm not gonna say mistakes, but your prior learnings take it and make sure you use it in the future so it doesn't feel so

Again, a very close knit management team and we and all in on terms of all departments.

Um and the I general manager has worked wonders to bring everybody together from all
