incredibly successful and transformative for our business just in allowing us to more clearly create those guest relationships or create that connection with those guests.

But we have a guest sales team.

That is proactively going out and engaging.

Both members and high value repeat VIP guests, you know, i i if they haven't joined our membership.

To ensure that

we know exactly what they might want to book, what they might be looking for, uh, and we can place them in a home before they've even

you know, started going to the site and a and typing something in and trying to filter through all of the properties themselves.

So we we are not reliant

We we are not reactive to the bookings as they come in.

Or just waiting for an OTA booking to

to to populate.

We we are actually going out with a team and capturing those bookings for the homeowners.
