I think brands like La Roche-Posay and CeraVe that people normally associate with spending a little bit more money.
Some of those have acne treatments, skin treatments that qualify.
I think there is even an acne mud mask that you can buy.
There are massage guns available for your own use.
And although FSA funds technically are only supposed to be used for you and your dependents, you could buy, I believe, massage guns in, I think even Theraguns are eligible in some cases.
We're not saying to use it as a gift, but, you know.
One of the things that we excluded from this guide were services, because FSAs cover both medical products and medical services.
So I would say planning out your medical expenses, if you know that you have to go to the doctor, if you know that you have something you want covered, like acupuncture, those things can all count from these funds.
And planning those out earlier in the year or as you think of them is a better way to do it than to wait until December and say, oh, no, I have a lot of money in there that I'm going to lose.
