It is content, right?

I mean, in one sense, it's a competition, but we're also an entertainment show in more ways than one.

And I think it's also seen as a stable asset class that will keep on growing.

I think in particular with Formula One, there's a lot of scarcity around it and very few sports, if any, have the same global platform as we do here in Formula One.

Maybe football does or soccer to the Americans out there.

That's a great question.

We started out really as a normal private equity shop.

We also have a venture business.

And that's how we met James Matthews.

So we were co-investing with him in some venture type things.

James, in the middle of, when would it be, 2000, I guess, was when COVID hit.

2020.

2020, sorry, yes.

And James Matthews bought the deal to us.

We had been looking at various sports franchises, NFL, MLB, what have you.

I think the investment industry had picked up on the fact that these were interesting, stable assets.

Valuations, it's almost true to say, have never gone down in the sports space.

And so we were intrigued.

When this opportunity came through,

we really wanted to jump on it because one, there wasn't a lot of competition for it in the middle of COVID.
