Yeah, pretty much.

I was bored in COVID, too.

You were bored.

Not quite.

But no, we did all of the above.

We were running our spreadsheets.

What was interesting, though, at the time was traditionally in an acquisition, you can do a whole bunch of due diligence.

You send in an army of accountants, lawyers, so on and so on.

You know, we couldn't access the site.

We couldn't come on site here.

Everybody was work from home, pretty much, except for, you know, a few people that were required to manufacture parts and what have you.

So we couldn't do the traditional due diligence piece.

But, you know, we had mapped this.

We did map this out in a bunch of scenarios and forecasts and, you know, did our usual valuation runs and what have you.

Though what I have to tell you, it was somewhat daunting and we were taking some risk that we might not in another deal.

But at the back of my mind was this is such a great franchise, this is such a great name that we wanted to take the plunge.

And that's despite, I mean this was the most stark fact at the back of my mind.

I think 154 teams have folded

over the 70 odd years of Formula One.

So we didn't want to be one of those.
