You say, I don't know.
They're going to look at you like you're silly.
They're going to say, you're asking me for a million dollars and you don't know what your churn is.
There's no way I'm giving you a check.
Yeah, I mean, the churn that we see, again, we can...
quantified by the actual um the logos that we see but i mean from the numbers perspective i'd have to look it up to see exactly but you just told me the logos aren't important because some pay nothing and some pay a lot so like logo churn is pretty useless to use if you have arpu differences across your customer base that's why i always talk about revenue churn as being more important so okay fair enough it's an unknown right now we'll move on from that what about growing your base right so to get new customers at 65 bucks a month how much do you spend fully weighted to get them
Yeah, so right now, again, most of our sales are going through the resellers, the agencies, and all those kind of clients that we bring on.
We're seeing right now for an agency, it's typically costing us about $100, $120 to bring on an agency.
That is including what we calculated in the sales cost of myself or one of the other people doing the demos, running through the system.
To bring an agency on?
To bring an agency on, yeah.
But you only have 16 agencies.
Right.
Exactly.
So what we've signed up five new agencies just in this last month.
Right.
So we're actually bringing that on pretty fast.
A lot of those agencies are now coming on referral base is where those last five have come through that.
So we don't have really a cost associated with.
bringing on those agencies from like an acquisition standpoint.
