So they they've obviously been rolling and and uh I think they lead the league right now and they're they're a really good squad.

So we're we're gonna have to um be on our toes and and make sure defensively that we we take away time and space and and and and make sure we limit their um their height and their chances.

Obviously you're saying that

It's not maybe the biggest volume but but we can't give up those high end grade A chances and and they'll sting us.

So we know they're a good team and it's gonna be a great test for us.

I'm always looking for a challenge and I'm always uh excited when when uh when there's these high end guys come in and you you have to try to defend them and and try to limit their um scoring chances or and and obviously uh chances to score.

So I think that uh it's a challenge and I think uh it's it's exciting to get those it's a long year and there's there's a few guys obviously that's been around

the the league for a long time showing what what they can do and this this guy's track record speaks for itself.

So it's um again I'm I'm I'm up for the challenge and and I haven't succeeded every time in my career against it but hopefully they can do it tonight.

Th I think the the the sky's the limit for him.

I don't I haven't seen his full offensive potential yet and um I think he's just in that position now where he's about to trust his defensive system and his defensive reads to the point where he can start joining the rush and I think we've seen that more and more I think on the I mean it's an open net goal, I get that, but it was it was a really nice pass of him and he could have just flipped that out, take a change and call it a day, but he

Made a move and and held on to the puck, found Leon and and game over, right?

So I I think it's it's a really hard question for for me to answer.

I I do think that the biggest thing today for a defenseman you have to be able to skate and I think that he does that really well and with that it's it's hard for me to tell where where his offensive abilities lies because obviously that's a big part of it too.

So I I think as a defensive defenseman he's got all the tools in the world.

to be uh a a top defensive defenseman in this league for for years to come.

Yeah, they're a they're a good team.

I mean they they they work hard and and uh uh they got some skill up front.

So we we obviously need to uh rebound from that game but I think that uh last game we played a lot better brand of hockey and obviously we came for came out of a break and it was a back to back not to find any excuses but um hopefully now with uh a couple of days rest we could be be ready to go tomorrow.
