where our form's been this second half of the year and and we go in with a lot of confidence that uh we can match it with anyone.
Yeah.
Last year at this same time, uh yeah, we had some momentum.
Any team could have taken that minor premiership.
We did.
Great result.
Probably added some more pressure.
And having seven players on our squad, on our list, so our list of 45, we had seven players that had played finals football and not a lot of finals football leading into that campaign last year.
But this year we'll we'll have you know a real core.
They've now had a be it, it's it's two finals games, it's experience that you can't you can't put a value on.
You know, to go through the challenges, the the preparation.
the intensity that comes with finals footy and then uh probably even more important than that, the scrutiny, you know, the scrutiny and the disappointment that comes off the back of not performing.
It's invaluable for us coming into this year for our group.
We got a lot of experience amongst amongst our coaching group when it comes to finals footy, but you know, you need it in your playing group.
So we're really confident, we're optimistic about
where our form's been this second half of the year and and we go in with a lot of confidence that uh we can match it with anyone.
We're in the same position we were this time last year where there's so many teams fighting for well, there's a couple more spots than what we had last year.
Um but any any side that is even in the mix to play in September um can beat any other side.
We've seen it.
Um part of that challenge is finishing as high as you can.
