I mean, there is inertia in our planning system.

There's inertia in decision-making.

We're crippled by indecision, I would say.

We're competing priorities.

We're not good at making bold decisions.

Well, that does happen.

I mean, I think every single renewable energy project has to go through some form of on board, some appeals process, some judicial review.

So any renewable energy project, you can add on four or five years to its project timeline before it gets brought to fruition.

So that planning reform that's taking place, you know, needs a lot of work in order for us to bring on the line that we want.
