That's how it operates anywhere.

No one.

Absolutely no one.

And no one's responsible.

You have to have autonomy.

And maybe it's the way they're structured and culturally there's issues there and culturally there's issues that go with these legacies.

But the reality is

You have to be accountable and you have to, you know, show transparency for what you're doing as well.

Not only your salary, but exactly what you do of the day and how your line works and what happens.

You know, production line is very clear cut.

If you're in a factory and a production line, you know from beginning to end, you know what's coming off it and who's reported and who's made the mistake on the line.

That's the way it needs to be run.

I know it's simple to say in theory, but when you're culturally trying to mix the two, that is hard.

But that's what has to be the end goal, please, like here.

It has to be.

You know, we've had a nation of fiddlers for years and it's only in recent years that that's come out.

But there's still a whole lot going on that none of us know about.

I'd nearly bet my bottom dollar on that one.

But they'll fire grenades at other areas, you know what I mean, just to deflect, deflect, deflect.

And TDs are experts in that department.
