You know, that's the problem with public versus private.

Public sector people are kept in jobs because they shouldn't be kept in jobs sometimes.

And we all know that.

Yeah, yeah.

And we all need a public sector, let's be honest.

And we all need a private sector.

But we cannot, you know, everything's fudged.

Even, you know, Taoiseach talked today about public and private needed for housing and stuff like that.

It's all just easy to fudge it all up.

It's all just fudging.

And that's why we need them.

We need, society needs public sector, 1000%.

But it needs to be functioning and self-sufficient.

If there's a waiting list or whatever, if there's a housing list, that's not functioning.

Waiting lists for hospitals, housing lists, people ringing departments, county councils, they can't get to speak to anyone.

They've been sent, oh, no, no, no, can't get them today.

You know, no, no.

Accountability.

So if I'm over the sugar department in Ballygoe backwards, I need to be accountable for that.

And whoever reports to me, there's a straight line of command.
