I wasn't listening, so I can't comment on the quality of the coverage.
But all I'm saying is that there are some very important stories that are not being addressed.
OK, there is a plethora of news and public affairs content on RTV.
But I'm sorry, I have to go because I'm in the supermarket.
Well, basically, I think this is a total stone in a teacup.
I mean, the decision made a few years ago by Terry Mooney was a totally legal decision, as the DG pointed out in his interview with Sarah there last week.
And then the suggestion is that there was some malicious intent behind this decision, which nobody has defined.
And then for some reason that RTE decided to keep this under wraps for three years, and then suddenly decided we'd better come out and come clean.
And there was no pressure on them to come clean.
The fact is that like all organisations, and I worked in a major public service organisation,
Free classifications are made all the time, and things are reviewed all the time.
The original decision might have been incorrect, but it was legal.
Maybe different criteria are being used now.
But there's nothing sinister at all in this.
