Basically, for some time, I still believed on that until I start to see, like, the bad GMs, the bad managers that we know that they are not very good.
You know, we know that their story is behind and how not empathetic they are, how bad they treat people.
And when they start saying that, and it's like, all right, so...
They are just buying a system now and they want to justify the system they're buying, but they are not trained.
They are not reaching out to me to ask how we're going to train our people to use this time, right?
And if we don't train the people to use the free time to actually make an upsell, to collect the data, to gather data, to...
to build on that guest profile and help the guest.
And there are solutions for that, right?
But if we don't train people to do that, they will not do it.
And if they're not doing, the GMs will see it.
Well, now we have time and they are not doing anything.
So we cut the people because they are not doing what I thought they would do.
They think, but they don't train for it, right?
So for me, this is the biggest lie running right now because I haven't seen really people focusing on the training.
