Yes, that's it's and and you say now like that we are born with it and we need to practice like uh as as a muscle.
Uh but would you say that some people uh are more lean to have more sensitive um the emotional intelligence than others?
Or is something that is basically we are born and we develop and that's how it is?

And we as leaders, I would say, we are like parents basically, right?
