We have people from so many places, the bigger the hotel,
the highest the amount of people from different locations that gather together in one place.
Beautiful as it is for us as human beings to collaborate and understand different cultures, it is very, very complicated and challenging for management to organize such multicultural teams and organize training.
So today we are going to talk about multiculturalism
Today, we have the deputy general manager at Mercury Grand Hotel, Biedermeier Bien.
He's also a consultant, a lawyer, a journalist, a writer, a podcaster himself, a lecturer, and even an athlete's coach.
