When I discuss with hoteliers, they do struggle with food and beverage here in Prague and the concept of food and beverage and how to make the hotel appealing to the local people.
When it comes to revenue, what is the revenue share that the local people bring to the hotel?
It looks like that you are that type of leader that doesn't want to get bored, right?
You want to bring creativity.
You want to involve the teams.
You want to get the hotel alive.
And this will happen.
pay off.
This always pays off, not only because you can bring the local people, but because the team themselves, they get excited.
They probably will come up with ideas.
And I want to hook that to a question that because you have a fantastic career so far.
So before becoming the hotel manager that you are today, what was that one training and one moment that really defined the leader that you wanted to be?
