kiwi are great i had a kiwi this morning i'm a huge fan of kiwi also can help with sleep there's a number of studies showing that or maybe one um but yeah that there's evidence that kiwi might help before bed help with sleep so it's almost like a one-two punch yeah might help with your next morning bowel movement and get you to sleep faster what could be better what could be better and then the prune thing i mean i happen to genuinely love prunes but um
I was sort of skeptical of its impact on bowel function until I remember like, this was like over a decade ago at this point, but I was like hanging out with an ex-girlfriend and we were like, it was like a Netflix and chill night.
And I decided that like the snack of the night- Was gonna be prunes?
Was gonna be prunes.

Uh, we were, we were at that point pretty far, but I had no idea until that night because we just were like prune maxing and, um, and yeah.
And I remember it was like no fewer than six trips to the toilet.
I think it affected her and it was just, um, yeah, it was a wild ride.

Well, for one, there's a trend that I don't know how widespread the trend is, but it's definitely, there's definitely like a cohort of men typically that are practicing it.
