And this is how quickly I could do it.

So the advice is to really understand the market and know what you're buying, where you're buying it at, and what you want it to accomplish.

Now's the time to buy.

There is a lot of inventory.

It did slow down.

Obviously, I'm sure you heard about potentially removing property taxes for primary homes in Florida.

That would be very great.

And I think if that happens, which it looks like it is going to happen, the properties are going to start flying again.
