She's going above and beyond.

And I deeply appreciate that.

I think it makes her a better therapist.

Yeah, some people understand where I'm coming from much better than others.

There were therapists who told me I should make peace with living in the group home.

It was a good place to be at the time, but yet I needed to move on.

So there were times when I needed to move forward and therapists weren't as supportive as I wanted them to be.

Actually, usually I go out and find them.

But if anybody wants to find me, that's okay too.

Well, I do have a website.

I have a portfolio website and there's a contact page.

And then I've also been writing for Psychology Today.

And I believe there's a contact link on my articles.

People get very scared when you start talking about psychosis.

And they think it's a death sentence.

There are no words for how traumatizing it is.

But on the other hand, it's not a death sentence.

People with the illness can and do recover.

The stigma is so intense.

I don't think people understand, one, how traumatizing it is.
