Um, and it's really I'm like a week and a month out.
So May first is when I really super duper lock in with like the diet stuff.
Right now it's just kind of been like I'm not eating out and like I it's mostly like steak, fish, vegetables, like the boring stuff.
Um, but it might get even crazier May first.
We'll see.
But anyways, it's like the diet aspect, no drinking.
Um my rehearsals start tomorrow.
I'm do I'll do all my rehearsals.
I've underestimated how
Sometimes my outfits, 'cause sometimes my outfits weigh like ten to fifteen pounds.
And when I've done the performance, I'm like, oh shit, like I I am not in shape for this.
So I'm rehearsing in a weighted vest.
Um
the singing with a weighted vest on a treadmill doing that.
Um
Red light therapy?
Um he actually gave me he was like I was asking him about it because he had a red light mat and he was like, Oh, do you want this one?
I have an extra one, just gave it to me.
