And when I've done the performance, I'm like, oh shit, like I am not in shape for this.

So I'm rehearsing in a weighted vest.

Also the singing with a weighted vest on a treadmill, doing that.

Um, he actually gave me, he was like, I was asking him about it cause he had a red light mat and he was like, Oh, do you want this one?

I have an extra one.
