He was done.
Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell, his own son, Fox host, they'd all turned on him.
The Republican Party had turned on him.
Every front page in the country turned on him.
He was done.
Apparently, we all saw what he did with our own two eyes.
And yet here he is four years later, back in the same place, returned to the scene of the crime to be sworn in as president on Monday and then promptly released not just violent criminals who attacked the police,

This is the key point.

What's going on is what some of us predicted would happen.
