And we are now stuck with a 6-3 Supreme Court because she didn't retire and because Democrats did not pressure her to retire.

They pressured Justice Kennedy.
They did a full court press, the Trump family, to get Kennedy off the court and replace him with a hard right operative, Brett Kavanaugh.
Republicans understand power.
They understand that the Supreme Court is a political instrument.
It's not some bunch of people, disinterested justices, pretending they have no politics.
It's a fundamentally political institution.
They've stacked Supreme Courts at a state level, and they've packed the Supreme Court at a national level.
OK.
And I just wonder why Democrats would want to risk Donald Trump coming back with a Republican... I get it.
