And she said, like she had a full on job, as you can imagine, running Google.
And um and she said, just don't get caught up in that and that kids well, A, kids are more resilient than you think.
And just being like everybody's got their everybody does it differently.
And it does it and just because if if you if you think you're gonna be more present on a Sunday night, like but then you'll be doing other you'll still be doing other stuff and then you'll be like, Oh, I've gotta have that I
dunno, PNF meeting and I've got to do the I've got to organise blah blah you know what I mean?

Like you fill your life up.

just, you know, it doesn't necessarily mean that that's the best way to parent or the most realistic in this in this um environment.
I love the fact that you can talk we can talk about it and the fact that there's other
periods of your life where your kids need you, but I hate the fact that it falls on women rather than just men, you know.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And I think, you know, just having the conversations.
around it is really, really powerful.
Just s just so again, just so you you don't feel like oh my God, I was feeling I was feeling that on a Sunday night, but you know, it doesn't mean it doesn't mean that it makes you a a crappy parent.
