After a year and a half of this, he just came home for the weekend with nine guys and found his people.
But if he had made excuse and isolated and made his life small, that never would have happened, but it takes time.
And so I want to acknowledge you if you keep doing that because you're doing the work and you will find those people.

How many times have you, let's be honest with each other, you've been at work all day, you can leave at 5.30 or 6 and go meet your friend for dinner, and you cancel and lie because you say something came up at work?
Yes.
Here's one rule I want to share that I've made with myself because I do have the kind of job as the CEO of a company this size that lots of stuff piles up.
That I have a rule with myself that if I have to push something off or cancel plans, I'm not allowed to do it unless I have an alternative date that I am suggesting to move it to.
